Note: I've done work as a private aide for two years.
Experience
Caregiver Experience
Has worked the equivalent of 1 year 3 months full-time assistant work. Last worked as an assistant 06/20/11.
Note: I went to my clients home 5 days a week. I did lite house keeping, prepared some meals, made sure he took his medicines and took him to VA for diaylisis.

The assistant is willing to work with anyone. Specifically, the assistant will help the following:

- Blind/Vision Impaired
Will not work in a smoking environment. The maximum liftable weight is 150 lbs.
Note: I don't have a problem with housekeeping, cooking, laundry, errands, reading, interacting with clients. No moving of furnishings, outside work, animals.
Activities of Daily Living ("ADLs")
Willing to assist with all ADLs. Specifically, will learn to assist with the following ADLs:

- Bowel/Bladder
- Feeding

Instrumental Activities of Daily Living ("IADLs")
Willing to assist with all IADLs. Specifically, will assist with the following IADLs:
- Light Cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Meal Cleanup
- Meal Planning
- Transportation
Specifically, will not assist with the following IADLs:
- Yark Work
Specifically, will learn to assist with the following IADLs:
- Heavy Cleaning
- Meal Preparation
- Other IADLs
Other Activities
Is willing to assist with all other activities. Specifically, will assist with the following:
- Reading
- Companionship
